Sergey L. Markov

S. Markov is an expert in the psychology of creativity and the author of the projects “Creative Absolute,” “Genvive” and “Creative Vision.”

From 2002 to 2006, he headed the Department of Psychology at  Chernivtsi National University, and from 2006 to 2011, he held the same position at the University of Economics and Law (Kyiv).

A Fulbright Scholar (1996–1997) at California State University, Fullerton, where he conducted research in psychology with a project titled “Creative Activity: Essence and Methods of Stimulation.”

PROJECT BACKGROUND

1. Humanity.  We consider every human life and human destiny as unconditional, enduring and ultimate value. Any truly experienced event and any act committed by the dictates of truth creative Self is a unique and invaluable contribution to the flow of Creative Сoevolution and to the process of co-creativity.

This background is manifested in a special, magical vision of every person, culture and history in general, in a specific view, which highlights and revives only those creative products, events and actions that contribute to the improvement of humankind and the entire Universe as a whole.

2. Creativity.  Today, the famous phrase “He who owns the information, owns the world” becomes a dangerous illusion, a trap and a brake on development.

Now a new, fresh and powerful criterion for development and success - Creativity gains in strength. The one that intuitively sensed it, has mastered and successfully maximizes this resource, reaches unexpectedly high results and dizzying success. 

3. Awakening the Creative Self. The Creative Self is the genuine existential essence of each person, the source of unique ideas, solutions and successful actions. Its awakening leads to the discovery of unique creative abilities, inexhaustible innate potential and the opening of new horizons. At the same time, creativity is a conscious, cultivated practice in which each creative act perfects the true creative nature of the human being.
